Delivering the most individualized and comprehensive athletic training in Austin, Texas. MAX Training provides athletes and exercise enthusiasts with the most efficient and effective approach to reach their goals. Our sport specific training method was built on the foundation of Applied Functional Science and accommodates any person from any sport or background. Whether you are looking to shave a tenth of a second off your sprint or make it through a round of pain-free golf with energy to spare, MAX Training has the ability to make you great at the activities you love doing.

What’s Going On?

Max Training ended 2011 in style with Brendan Hansenʼs victories at USA Winter Nationals and The Duel in The Pool. He is a true comeback sensation and a 2012 Olympic hopeful! Max Training will also be an official sponsor of the Jack & Adamʼs Racing Team and is currently logging gym hours to prep the racers for the 2012 season. On the high school level, we will start training the Westlake Mountain Bike Team as well as breaking out the heavy artillery for off-season football programs.
